Plan to be at the venue 90 minutes to 2 hours before your first performance. Check-in, bag checks, and parking all back up on a busy competition morning.

Full uniform, competition bow, and mat shoes, plus a backup hair kit. Pack water, snacks, phone chargers, and cash or card for admission, programs, and photos.

Teams get timed stretch and warm-up rotations before taking the mat. Athletes report to their coach on the block schedule — warm-up areas are usually closed to spectators.

Most events charge admission at the door, often cash-only, and many require booking through official event housing. Give yourself time to park; pro cameras and flash are typically restricted.

Awards are announced at the end of each session or day. Official scores post to the producer afterward — and we mirror the full standings on this page once they are published.
