The process

Add to Cart with Your Design

Browse the shop, choose your pieces, and add your design details right in the cart — colors, sizes, names or numbers, and any logo or reference files. No payment required to start.

Submit for Design Approval

Instead of paying up front, you send your cart to our team for review. We review every design before anything goes into production, so nothing is charged yet.

We Send Your Proof

We look over your details and message you a design proof — in your account and by email (plus a text if you opted in) — so you can see exactly what you'll be getting.

Approve, Then Complete Your Order

Once the proof looks perfect, you approve it and complete your order with secure card payment. Shipping and NJ sales tax are confirmed at checkout — a proof before you pay, every time.

We Make It — Then Ship or Pickup

We handcraft your order, then ship it to you with tracking or have it ready for free local pickup in Blackwood, NJ. Track every stage right in your account.

Turnaround times

Production begins once your design is approved and your order is paid. Have a hard deadline? Mention it when you order — rush options are often available.

Rhinestone & Bling Items

Hand wash cold or spot clean only. Lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron directly on stones.

Glitter & Vinyl Apparel

Turn inside out, wash cold on gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Do not iron over design.

Sublimation Prints

Machine wash cold inside out. Tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.

Common questions

Do I pay before or after I see my design?

After. You submit your cart for design approval with no payment, we send you a proof to review, and you only complete payment once you've approved it. A proof before you pay — every time.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimums — ever. Whether you need 1 piece or a full team's worth, we'll work with you.

How much is shipping, and can I pick up instead?

Shipping is a flat $8.95 anywhere in the US, and it's free on orders over $100. Prefer to skip shipping? Free local pickup is available in Blackwood, NJ — we'll coordinate a time with you once your order is ready.

Can I request a rush order?

Often yes, depending on the order type and current workload. Mention your deadline when you order — or in a quote request for larger jobs — and we'll let you know what's possible.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Kara stands behind her work. Because you approve a proof before production, surprises are rare — but if an item arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved design, reach out at kara@kcexclusives.com and she'll make it right.
