Shipping

Because every order is custom-made, production begins once you've approved your design proof and completed payment. Most orders are ready in about 7–10 business days; larger team orders can take up to around six weeks. Need it sooner? Rush options may be available for an added fee — mention your deadline when you order and we'll let you know what's possible.

Shipping is a flat $8.95 anywhere in the US, and it's FREE on orders over $100 — no minimums, no surprises. Completed orders ship via reliable carriers (such as USPS or UPS) with tracking. Your shipping method and any applicable NJ sales tax are confirmed at checkout.

Local to South Jersey? Choose free local pickup in Blackwood, NJ at checkout — there's no shipping charge. Once your order is ready, we'll reach out to coordinate a convenient pickup time and share the exact pickup address with you.

You can follow your order through every stage in your account. Once your order ships, we'll email tracking to the address on your order (and text you if you opted in to order updates). For local pickup, we'll notify you the moment it's ready.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when you order. KC Exclusives is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, reshipment costs may apply.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. KC Exclusives is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. If your tracking shows a package as lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@kcexclusives.com and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
